Services provided by Dr David Freemantle

In the good old days David Freemantle would provide any service required of a client within his broad area of expertise (and sometimes beyond).

However in latter years his services have ultimately boiled down to presenting highly stimulating seminars (workshops or training programmes) on world-class customer service, leadership and motivation.

These seminars can range from half-day to three days (recently in China he presented a three-day public seminar to 200+ people. It was hard work!). His presentations can either be in-house or open public progammes.  His audiences range in number from 10 to 1400 people and he is equally at ease with front-liners as senior executives.

David has also undertaken a fair amount of facilitation at off-sites retreats (he's really good at his). 

He has also done some 'Executive Coaching' for a major bank, but he is much less good at this (judging  by the way so many banks nearly collapsed in the autumn of 2008).

Put it another way: David is always happy to take on a challenge and push back the boundaries of his service provision even further.
